Delicious pan-fried lovage

Crunchy pan-fried lovage is a great topping that you can use for many different dishes.

Ingredients
  • lovage stalks
  • olive oil
  • salt

You might not want to binge-eat lovage very often, because of its intense flavor. But pan-fried lovage tastes great though, especially together with meat or fish.

Instructions:

Split the stalks lengthwise and cut into around one inch long pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the lovage until crispy.
Let the pan-fried lovage rest on a piece of paper before you plate it and season with salt.
